Choosing between wedding venues in the Birmingham area for your special day is not easy. Not only will you have to decide if your marriage ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast will take place at the same venue and have a wedding package or if you will choose multiple venues.
The Least Expensive Option
The least expensive option would be a church wedding or civil ceremony at a registry office, followed by a wedding breakfast at a really good public house or restaurant. Photographs could be taken by guests, among whom there are usually one or two people who are good with a camera. The evening could then be spent as a family gathering having hired a local hall and disco for the evening. Don’t forget to use your friends ... if any has an ability such as photography who could contribute to your wedding, it will be less expensive for you!
The More Expensive Option
There are some fabulous wedding venues in the Birmingham area including many hotels that are also licensed for civil ceremonies. These can provide the whole wedding package including the Bride’s stay-over the night before the big day. This would include the ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast … all with photos and video. The evening could then be spent dancing to a disco or a live wedding band. The photography and music would probably need to be booked separately.
Other Options for Wedding Venues
These include getting married at a holiday destination on an exotic beach or getting married with just the immediate family as guests and saving all the money that would have been spent on the wedding and spending it on the mortgage of your first home!
